Sent my daughter $300.00 to pay a fee at college, afterwards we found out it had to be paid online, so she refunded(just an hour later) me the payment I sent through CASH APP on 11/13/18. I still haven't received the refund, although CASH APP support states that refunds are processed in 1-5 bus.

days. I contacted my bank, they have nothing pending. There is no way to call CASH APP, and thus far I haven't found an email address either. I tried to go to the CASH APP website, however it requires a login, when I try to do that it keeps telling me I can't sign in on this device...UGHHH.

I tried logging off of my phone and doing it on the PC but same response. I am very unhappy with this service and will NEVER use it again.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.
