I paid through my Citibank CC a year and a half of medical treatments in one charge. I told Citibank to expect it but my health practitioner didn't read the fine print on his Square Account, that any large amount will be held.

Immediately they deactivated his account and won't answer his emails or his input on their website. There is no process that he can reach them. Citibank said it's between the merchant ( my practitioner) and Square. Citibank won't help at all.

It's been past 180 days, if and when they have investigated the money how will they be able to send it to me or him since they deactivated his account.

I want to get in on any civil suits. Thanks, Leslee

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Square are thieves, There is no way to communicate with them.
