square has frozen about $3000.00 of my money and there is no way to contact them to resolve the problem because they make you get a customer code before they will talk to you. you can't get the customer code untill you jump through all their hoops

Same thing here. This is so frustrating.
First they sent the same auto-response 10 times and now crickets.
A customer with the same last name made a payment and they are insisting the payment was made with my personal credit card. Now they are holding $2000 permanently it seems.
I keep messaging them and now no response. I was doing this all day yesterday too.
