I sent money to my son in Seattle. Later I checked my bank balance and it had been charged twice, about a minute apart.
I know mistakes happen so I contacted them and my son contacted them. They said they were having trouble with that and they would let their engineers know. I expected it to be taken care of immediately I contacted them. They apologized and promised to take care of it.
I contacted Pissed CONSUMER AFTER ALMOST TWO WEEKS. Right after contacting Pissed Comsumer, they refunded my $110.00. I just noticed it on my account.
There was no message from square cash. Thank you for helping me take care of this.
