Can't get my money
I did exactly what the square representative told me to do for my initial setup and the following day they had deactivated my account and have locked 500.00 til the end of February and say they cant do anything at all to resolve this issue. When i asked to speak to the manager or supervisor i was then told that they were just gonna tell me the same thing and that they wouldnt even get on the phone to talk to me at all. So you tell me what kinda company they really are .....

Square holding funds
Because I have been trying to getting touch with someone about funds that was supposed to be released on Nov 15th an no one has try to reach out to me. Awful company never would I recommend Square to anyone you have no way of getting in contact with anybody, they have no customer service number, and no one had tried to reach out to me.

Payroll
My payroll has come out of my bank account and last night was the day that it was supposed to be deposited and it still has not shown up the next morning. Squares phone numbers automatically hang up on me. As well as sit on hold with no real understanding if Im even on hold no music no voice coming on tell me Im in a Q nothing for over 20 minutes. And then it just disconnected me. Its done it multiple times now so it is not my phone.
