The customer purchased a wig from our store.When the wig was purchased customer was satisfied we even have pics of her wearing the wig.Customer was told as well all sales where final at the time of purchase.I would like the total amount refunded back to my account this purchase was made by this client in the store and she has obviously used the product and enjoyed it as shown below.

It opened the account before it verified the ID card. If it would tell you that it was going to hold the money I could have known that and made arrangements. money

I'm pissed

A customer paid an invoice with their credit card online it took 6 days for the money to hit my account When it is Supposed to be instant. I was also promised a lower rate on card processing since my business does such large transactions but have yet to see any break in pricing after a year and a half

Frozen account and NO help

Ive used Square for my credit card processing for at least 5 yearsno problems. Last Thursday my account was frozenno email explaining whywhen i go To customer support to call them its says calls unavailable and my only option is to email. I have Emailed every day for the last 7 days with no response back I have $1200 in my square account that i cant Access. Been frozen since last Thursday, & i went On vacation Friday and needed that money & couldnt use it Beyond frustrated

Dispute Disputed

Square issued a refund to a customer prior to notifying me, This causing overage charges/issues with my bank. He claimed services were not completed yet I submitted invoice showing delivery of his items. Move complete. How am I represented at all if anyone can claim such and get a refund? I'm not.

User's recommendation: Watch out for disputes because nobody is looking out for the business person.

Where is my product

Received a call back. Device is still being sent. Tracking number of device is being sent to email. I was also informed of alternative way of receiving the device sooner from outlets offering the device locally. I was very impressed with the prompt response from the company and great customer service skills. Thank you very much for your help.

Need new adapter

It took me 45 min. To finally get a number for help and then while on the line I had to get a customer no. Your web site gives u no way to contact u! Once I finally got someone they did solve my problem but how frustrating. I finally got a number from Siri.
