I want my money now

They keep suspending my account like once a month making it so I don't have access to my money this has happened so many times I can't count I've been with them probably 10 years now I can't get through to nobody they're not answering my emails I just want to get my money out of the account and cancel square account all together.... They don't have a reason for suspending the account just want me to upload more documents it's a joke I'm tired of it trying to run a business don't

Money doesn't transfer to my linked bank account for more tan 10 days. It's "pending". Cannot call for help, because I need a "customer code" to be able to talk with a representative, and the "customer code" is impossible to get because the "call Us" link is NOT working. (unavailable) WHAT IS GOING ON?!!!!!!!!!!

Id like the money transfer to my bank account. Supposed to take 1-2 business day. Its more than 10 days and the transfer still Pending and Suspended.

This is terrible my problem is not resolved you have $371 of my money and will not speak to me in person and I have no clue what to do to release my money from being heald. It's ridiculous

So so I to find out what was going on with the transfer of my money never really got anywhere with that other than that you guys have released it she told me she was sending me an email with some stuff so I can take to the bank to find out what happened to my money I've still not received the email but I have received emails about give us a rating so your rating is your customer service to not do what they said they were going to do and I cannot afford to run a business like this. And I don't think I would I don't think I would never refer you guys did it

User's recommendation: I don't think I would never refer you guys to anyone I've got to charge backs I tried to straighten them out but there was no user-friendly way to figure it out so I've lost $500 because of you people now I have over $1,000 in transit can't figure out where it's at so now I wouldn't give you a good rating and I definitely would not refer you to.

Help with this thing

I purchased the Square POS from Best Buy, was told all I will need is the adapter for my phone. I have had this little device for over two weeks now. I have downloaded all the apps I was told Id need. I cannot get this thing to do anything for me! Thanks

Did not get issue resolved

My funds used t automatically transfer to my account. My funds are being held and I don't know why? I'm also being charged daily for holding.

I can't find my money and you change my customer code I had no help whatsoever

Appsolutely horrible service they drive you crazy before they speak to you they change customers called on you you do some money most of the time and know what's going on this company

Transfer funds to bank account I've been a customer for over a year I have a simple request I can not get a customer code and this not fair! I have over $100 that I can gain access to and I am not a business it was for personal use and I had a business idea and name but did not come to fruition.

Lets start with I have had 14 transactions processing threw with no problem than you suspended my account . I upload government documents and business documents. You say 24 hours to 48 . I send many emails and try over and over to contact amd nothing back . So you take payment for yourself and than not processing mine to my account . Its a pile of *** and for a business does not look for you . What type of business does not reach out to customers who make money and pay you as a business for your company ??? You lost a great customer who sends in a balance over 4000 every 2 weeks to square to processing.

Cash Ap cards in mail + fraud

A Cash AP debt card was applied for in my name and then used to make a purchase on PayPal. Dec 4th 2020 Then the account was probably closed before full payment was ever made to the Paypal client. PayPal tried to collect from me !!! Physical card sent to my address later in December. Issued through Sutton Bank. I have had at least 5 other cards sent to me and have had Sutton Bank rep. delete them etc and tried to have them stopped from sending me cards. Not working as yet. Cash Ap also being supplied by other banks like Lincoln Savings Bank of Iowa watch out for cash ap cards Worried that may mean other fraudulent activities may be happening
