Because I have been trying to getting touch with someone about funds that was supposed to be released on Nov 15th an no one has try to reach out to me. Awful company never would I recommend Square to anyone you have no way of getting in contact with anybody, they have no customer service number, and no one had tried to reach out to me.

Square is not releasing my funds of over 14k. Furthermore apparently someone used a bad credit card to buy some items from me, after I told square that is person was showing signs of possibly being a fraud. I called Square and made them a aware of this yet they said they didn't see any red flags and proceeded to process his payment anyway. 2 days later they told me the cards were no good and are now holding me 100% responsible for the bill. If there is anything I can do to protect myself from this I'd be very thankful.

I did exactly what the square representative told me to do for my initial setup and the following day they had deactivated my account and have locked 500.00 til the end of February and say they cant do anything at all to resolve this issue. When i asked to speak to the manager or supervisor i was then told that they were just gonna tell me the same thing and that they wouldnt even get on the phone to talk to me at all. So you tell me what kinda company they really are .....

My account was tied up for months and my money was held so I couldnt get it. The only one that had an issue with the transition was you no matter what the purchaser or I had ti say. Impossible. I will be closing my account as soon as I finally get my money from you. You have no right holding my money. Its my livelihood. Not cool !!! I will tell everyone not to use square for their small business.
