If you want to keep your business don't use Square.We are going thru the same thing, but we haven't cancelled the transaction.
We have over $13,000 still pending in our Square site that hasn't been transferred to our bank account. It's been 15 business days. I have tried many times to call but it says to get a code and we can't get no code. I have sent many emails with no replies from them.
I don't know what's going to happen. i'm afraid it will take a while if I get lucky to get my money back.
Luckily a friend recommended a different merchant service and they even charge less than square and they really have great customer service.Good luck!
