Me and my boyfriend use Square Cash to send money to each other when I don't have my card or he doesn't have his card on ourselves. Well, the other day he received an email stating his account was deactivated was deactivated due to suspicious activity.

We tried calling in to complain but no one would bother to pick up the phone or mention that phone lines aren't used for complaints, (as the internet told me). There is nothing suspicious about what we were doing and it is completely 100% awful that they wont even hear us out when we try to explain that Square Cash were just over thinking the whole situation and there was nothing suspicious as all going on between the accounts.

Unfair. Bad app, don't waste your time with it.
