I have been unable to make sales for my business for the past 10 days. I called Customer Service AGAIN today.

NO HELP in resolving my issue that is as simple as changing a phone number.
I originally started the process 9 days ago when I could not get into my account because I needed the code they will only send to a number I no longer have. I am told there is NO way to contact the Accounting Services Team directly to change the "HIGHLY SENSITIVE" information which is my phone number. Anyone can find my business online and find my phone number. But here it is "HIGHLY SENSITIVE"?

I asked to speak to a supervisor. Supposedly Binyam in Warsaw is not allowed to let customers speak with their supervisor, nor do supervisors care to reach back out to customers.
I was told AGAIN that I would have to wait 24-48 hrs to receive an email from the Accounting Services Team! It has been a week today since I was told the same thing by a customer service "advocate" (is what he called himself) and 7 DAYS LATER I have yet to receive that email.
By the way, Binyam in Warsaw says "I PROMISE you they will send an email." Really Binyam? How can you PROMISE that when you can't even reach them because you can't get a hold of their phone number???
Meanwhile, no access to my account = no invoices being sent = NO SALES for 10 days = NO INCOME = What am I going to feed my kids tonight?
Square, your customers depend on you and trust you with their income.

This business is my lifeline. You are cutting me off. My business and my family are suffering.

I can't just go back and "make up" 10 days of lost sales. Shame on you Square.
I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau, reviewing Square poorly on every platform available, and taking my business elsewhere.

I chose Square as a payment platform with confidence, where I paid commission, fees in each transaction, monthly membership payment and on up to 8 occasions they kept the clients' tips (for the latter, I decided not to use the Doordash for the delivery of my product).
I understand that SQUARE are the ones whose have to help and work for their clients as I am the business, they do not.
They use their policies to exonerate themselves from management, expenses or responsibilities, leaving all responsibility to the retail without providing any alternative. In short, they appear to be a great platform, and perhaps it is, but unfortunately the team managers do not manage fair, logical and legal policies so that we could all have a sale-collection, win/win process.
Something that I cannot understand is that if they are registered in the network of banks and have agreements, they do not have procedures, a team of people, much less a system where they can prevent and manage fraud, when they have a case of this type, they get rid of responsibilities by saying that they are only an intermediary and that the decision lies with the bank that issued the card, so if that is the case they cannot continue offering the product they currently offer.

I need a call from customer service is 863-521-****. Surely someone could please submergence you in this and give me a call regarding returning $10,000 that Square has and theyre not giving me access to it but they have my customer $10,000 is that right?

What do you think I want the cash returned to my customer but I want access to it. They have given me a Square questionnaire, asking for my bank details and missed that and the next thing how long have I been in business? I had Square previously but changed my pos system due to long, long hold times when I had an issue with my Square system. Spoke to someone who asked to send a video of what my Square system was doing and she never responded. After calling several more times I gave up and switched. The system I switched to is now doing the same thing. Long hold times (60 minutes so I hung up) and when I did get someone they could not fix the problem with zero recommendation of what to do next. I’m hoping Square is better to their customers since I last had them two years ago. I can hope anyway…
