My daughter filled up her kia soul a week ago ($25) cash ap held 74.99... that was last Friday, Dec 1st..

today is Friday Dec 8th.. that 74 dollars is no longer pending, it vanished.. she gets emails every other time she used the cash ap card except for that transaction.. she has emailed and emailed their so called support team for dayssss without response...

How does this happen? And why isnt there a better more effective way to contact them.

This is a shame.. she is a college student who does not have 74dollars to just give away
