I am not a pissed customer. I spoke with someone in customer care who was exceptionally helpful and, when we got disconnected, sent me an email. I am very satisfied.

To get help so I can get my money

I ran one transaction through you in April and have not received my funds! Please contact me with when I will recieve them. 1-21*-474-**** Larry J Fredericks LLC

User's recommendation: Would not recommend this company, I ran one transaction with them from a government agency in April. They said I could no longer do transactions with square. They have not given me my funds they collected since April. I call Square customer service which is a call center. They are telling people not to do business with Square they are not good with customers and they all recommend a different company to deal with.

I have not recieved my funds

Still haven't received my money. No one will contact me. I've sent over 30 emails asking for help or an explanation.....NOTHING!!! It's absolutely ludicrous!!!! I can't believe they operate this way!!!!! It's disgusting!!!! They emailed me that my funds were released a month ago and that they would be deposited in my verified account. Still nothing a month later and because my account is deactivated I can't speak with anyone without a customer code!!! I'm outraged!!!!

Square account

I have simply tried to reach Square to change the email on the account.There is not one way other than the internet. Not one human being to speak to, or in fact any emails to send information to....it's ridiculous.

Money was deposit annd taken

I made a sale and square said it was not a sale. They canceled my deposits they stopped it where I cannot call they have never returned my email and I cannot get my money. They lie on their site saying that you can have phone support and email support which is not true because they will cancel your account after you call so you can't call anymore and then they will not return any emails and they have your money so what is wrong with this picture. I cannot get a hold of no one to get my account money and close it for good I no longer would use them for anything. This is the most horrible company customer service I have ever seen and I've been living a long time. It's b*******p

Money doesn't transfer to my linked bank account for more tan 10 days. It's "pending". Cannot call for help, because I need a "customer code" to be able to talk with a representative, and the "customer code" is impossible to get because the "call Us" link is NOT working. (unavailable) WHAT IS GOING ON?!!!!!!!!!!

Money didn't transfer to my linked bank account. Upcoming transfer show the money, but underneath say "pending" . It has been more than 10 days. Bank account is verified and linked, but square keeping my money and don't want to transfer it over to the bank. I wonder what is going on? This is the first time this happened. There is a phone # to call, but you need a customer code, which is not possible to get because the link is greyed out and not working.

This is terrible my problem is not resolved you have $371 of my money and will not speak to me in person and I have no clue what to do to release my money from being heald. It's ridiculous
