Accepted a stack of prepaid visa gift cards square then froze my account for fraudulent activity and i cant refund it either.

Square - Refund my money
I sent my mother $200 on a Saturday. She sent it back the same day because she couldn't link it to her credit card. Cash app sent a email stating i will have it in my account on Wednesday. It never showed up. Its no number to contact them. I've sent numerous of emails and nobody will respond but at the end of the email it says we will respond shortly. Ive sent over a dozen emails and no response.

Square - Inconvience
Tried on different occasions to send daughter n college money thru cash app after submitting money it has pending connection issues once resolved it will complete the transfer, well DAM I needed the funds to be immediate so 2 stars for this company
