Transferring money
I am a new business owner. I was told square was a good company to use for a pos system. The set up was easy and simple. For the first two months everything ran smoothly. Out of no where the Square system stopped transferring my card transactions into my account. They still charged me the transaction fees but would not let the funds go into my account. It took me a bit to figure out what was going on. They have not released my funds for 18 days. How is someone expected to run a business with no revenue.. I have been trying to get ahold of someone in the company for over a week. The only way they have set up communication is though email. it has to be done on there site so there is no paper trail that i have been contacting them. Every phone number I have called has been disconnected. To me I feel as if Square does not need me, instead they have the thought process that I need them. I am very disappointed by the process they have in place when someone needs help.

I received a payment of $500 from customer Hampton Stephan for a moving job. Now its saying my account has been deactivated my funds will air up to 90 days. For what? You can call the customer to verify the transaction. I need to get my money before the first because my bill is due.

How do I activate replacement debit card
I am not a pissed customer. I spoke with someone in customer care who was exceptionally helpful and, when we got disconnected, sent me an email. I am very satisfied.

I have not had my funds released into my new bank account due to recent fraud
I have not had my funds released into my new bank account due to recent fraud on my account. I have talked to numerous customer service people and nothing has happened I am out of town on vacation and I need my funds released to my account ASAP!!!!! This has been the worst experience ever!! I wish I can actually get someone to help me and complete getting my funds that have been frozen for over two weeks into my bank account!!

Well i started using them for my cleaning and handyman services. When not long after receiving my first couple of payments i notice that my account was frozen. This just happened to be bad timing where i was at rhe pharmacy trying to get my 2 yr old daughter asthma meds. When i could not access my funds to pay for her meds in which she ended up hospitalized. It now has been 2 months since i have heard anything from them in which i have called emailed them at least 20 times and they refuse to contact me. Still haven't received my money that was in my account that they frooze and kept
