I have simply tried to reach Square to change the email on the account.There is not one way other than the internet. Not one human being to speak to, or in fact any emails to send information to....it's ridiculous.
User's recommendation: Not recommended from a consumer point of view.

Square still owe me $620.00 fund that was supposed to be released.
No No Because I have been trying to getting touch with someone about funds that was supposed to be released on Nov 15th an no one has try to reach out to me.Please contact me 615964****. this is off of the square will not get back with people that are having issues with her account Square wants people to sign up for their product. but you have no way of getting in contact with anybody I have tried several numbers and these numbers are not working or not in service or that they send you the Rollies prompt and then when you go to the end in the phone just hang up on you. I signed up for their program August 14th using their invoice on on there put on their site. and square contacted me at work Square reach out and said that they were going to put my phone it's on hold. the phones was supposed to be released November the 15th and still no funds I need someone from Square to get in contact with me ASAP or I'm going to the media thank you. User's recommendation: No awful service

Fraudulent charges
There are charges I didn’t make. Saw there was money missing from account tonight. I laid card down and when card was found and I checked account money was missing

Money was deposit annd taken
I made a sale and square said it was not a sale. They canceled my deposits they stopped it where I cannot call they have never returned my email and I cannot get my money. They lie on their site saying that you can have phone support and email support which is not true because they will cancel your account after you call so you can't call anymore and then they will not return any emails and they have your money so what is wrong with this picture. I cannot get a hold of no one to get my account money and close it for good I no longer would use them for anything. This is the most horrible company customer service I have ever seen and I've been living a long time. It's b*******p

Don't deal with them, their customer service is bunk they deactivate account s and give no real explanation for it except cookie cutter email s and don't respond to your emails when u send them one

My money released to my bank
So Pissed off Customer, you have another name associated with my account, I have no idea who this Kairah Stp is --- so remove them or delete everything. What the heck is all of this anyway. A scam site???
